"As entrepreneurs and job seekers, we've encountered 3 fundamental problems in the job market: 

1. Companies pay for services with no guarantees for success
2. Mass candidate sourcing has become an expensive proposition
3. There is a lack of innovation in the field (almost nothing has changed since people were looking for jobs in newspapers)

To solve these issues we have launched Jobup in 2020 and later referup.me. We offer all the traditional candidate sourcing and ATS features with a fraction of the cost. We listen to our partners and take their needs into account while building the roadmap of Jobup to create productive hiring experiences. That is why we built referup, to enable access to an enormous professional recruiter and field specialist network who assist with candidate sourcing"
